First Class Laundry strives for customer satisfaction by taking care of all their garments, and it is our objective is to provide with our best laundry service. The first Class Laundry team treats every item with extreme care and responsibility, however we cannot guarantee against color change or shrinkage of the clothing and we shall not be responsible for any change of color or shrinkage of garments beyond our control. First Class Laundry shall not be responsible for the wear and tear of the clothing and any valuables left in the pockets of your garments. Please check your laundry at the time of delivery as we will not be responsible for any missing or damaged item thereafter.

For any items damaged by the actions of First Class Laundry not resulting from the inherent state of the item prior to cleaning, our maximum liability shall be ten times the charge for cleaning the item as it stated in your invoice by line item or the value of the item at the time of the cleaning taking into account its age and wear and tear, whichever is lower. Any damaged item must be reported to First Class Laundry team not later than 24 hours from the date of receiving the item at info@firstclasslaundryuae.com and our team will look to fix it ASAP.

First Class Laundry aggregate liability shall in no event exceed an amount of AED 1,000 or, where applicable, the equivalent of that amount in the currency used by you for the payment for Cleaning.

Any lost items must be reported within 24 hours of the order delivery date of the items at info@firstclasslaundryuae.com. The items are considered lost 48 hours after the first claim has been made. Any reimbursement for the agreed lost items shall be limited to 10 times the price charged when placing the order through the First Class Laundry application. Due to possible inconvenience at the time of collection, First Class Laundry reserves the right for a thorough inspection of all items received and to inform the customers of any damages within 24 hours prior to cleaning for which First Class Laundry will not be held responsible.

Clothing items that have been prepared and not collected or receipted by the client will only be kept at our premises for period of 1 month thereafter it would will be disposed of and the client will have no right to the claim the clothing back or any monetary value in relation to such clothing articles with our company
